“The wiser a man is, the less talkative will he be”

This is one of a great naseeha for me, Alhamdulillah praise to Allah Who have shown me this inspirational quotes from shahaba ‘Ali Ibn Abi Thalib RA

Some people are fond of talking, sometimes, it is simply because (in my opinion) they just want to share their thoughts, or they just want to give information, but sometimes it become too much.

I have a friend, who less talkative but in fact she has so many ‘ilms. One day there was an islamic lecture where there were a lots of students there including her. So the time for discussion had come because there was a question from a student, then all the students were in a ‘war discussion’, they told this and that, someone realized that she (the person i mentioned before) kept silent until she talked about her opinion in a great way and a great of knowledge of islamic ‘ilm, and all the students became quiet listening to her. Her answer were the best answer at the discussion’s time…

I know this story had given me a very deep lessons learned. She knew when to speak and how to control the situation.

Not talking doesn’t mean you know nothing, right? You just simply want to speak when it is necessary and useful for others🙂
